We’re a locally owned, family business with a heart for the seniors in our community. Some don’t have the ability to shop for themselves. Others may not have the energy or desire to cook. No matter what the circumstances are, what they all have in common is the need to eat healthy and delicious food. That’s why our meal club is the perfect solution to making sure their basic daily need is met.

Here’s How Our Club Works

  2. We bring your meals via COVID-safe, no-contact delivery.

You’ve got questions and we’ve got answers

 

How does the meal club work?

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll start receiving meals at the start of the next delivery cycle or 48 hours from enrollment, whichever comes first. Memberships are pro-rated based on time of enrollment.

 

How do I sign up?

Simply click on the sign me up button or call us at 805.402.1100 to get started. We have three packages to choose from. You’ll select the one you want and pay the membership fee. We will confirm your enrollment via email.

 

Does my meal club membership renew automatically?

Yes once you enroll, for your convenience, your membership will automatically renew for the next cycle, which is every 4 weeks. This will ensure seamless and uninterrupted service. You can cancel your membership by contacting us by phone 805.402.1100.

  

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes we offer gluten and/or dairy free meal options. Plus all of our meals are prepared with very low sodium and little/to no added sugar.

 

Is there a minimum number of meals needed to have a membership?

Yes, we require a minimum of 3 meals per week, per client.

 

Do you charge to deliver?

Nope. Delivery is included with your order.

When are your delivery days?

Our deliveries are made on Monday, Wednesday & Friday (which includes meals for Saturday and Sunday)

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the following cities: Agoura, Camarillo, Moorpark, Oxnard, Santa Rosa Valley, Sherwood, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Ventura

 

Do I need to be home in order to for you to deliver to me?

We love to see your smiling face when we arrive, but  provide COVID-safe, no-contact delivery, and prefer that you are home to accept the food at the time of delivery.  If you can not be home, our meals will be packed in a disposable cooler bag, with an ice pack, to keep the food fresh for a short period of time until you can put in your refrigerator. When you place your order, you will need to leave specific instructions as to where you’d like us to leave your bag.

 

How soon can I start receiving my meals?

Once you enroll and order your meals, we will contact you to confirm your start date.

 

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes absolutely. Please call us 805.402.1100 to make the arrangements for you.

 

What if I move, will you deliver to my new address?

Yes, as long as you’re moving to one of the nine cities we deliver to, that won’t be a problem.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept credit/debit cards. As this is an automatic renewing subscription, no cash or checks can be accepted.
